Audio for Virtual Reality

Virtual Reality growing popularity created demand for immersive audio. The purpose of audio for VR is to imitate the sound of virtual surroundings and to enhance the user experience. Capturing ambisonic audio requires the use of dedicated tools. My approach to ambisonic audio allows me to separately control  different components of the recording (i.e. dialogues, ambience) in the post production. I am also able to position extra audio assets in an ambisonic mix.

I am a co-creator of SoundAround360 project dedicated to recording ambisonic audio.
